Christy Ting

Christy is passionate about providing expert nutrition advice to people of all ages, empowering individuals to take control of their own health through tailored nutrition support. She enjoys taking time to develop rapport with her patients to ensure she is providing tailored advice suitable to their individual needs. 

She has experience in chronic disease prevention and management, gastrointestinal disorders, weight management, malnutrition, and aged care. She is particularly interested in paediatric nutrition. She completed SOS Feeding Therapy training and is working towards refining her dietetics skills in this area. 

Christy is skilled and experienced in working with clients with physical, intellectual and cognitive disabilities including but not limited to,

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Psychosocial Disabilities
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Chromosomal Deletion Disorders

Christy describes herself as a foodie. She enjoys cooking, baking and most importantly eating. She loves to travel and explore the best local food and food experiences.
