Experience

Lena is passionate about getting to know her clients, understanding their individual needs and empowering them to achieve their goals to be their best self. With a holistic, client-centred approach, she understands that health and wellbeing extends beyond diet and nutrition.

Lena’s Dietetic experience in the community extends across the lifespan in settings including hospital, community, residential aged care, private practice and health coaching.

Lena specialises in Eating Disorders, Feeding Therapy & Women’s Health. She has been trained in providing Trauma Informed Care and has experienced first-hand the risks and damage of restrictive diets and Eating Disorders.

Lena enjoys working with children, particularly those with sensory food issues and fussy eating, and working with their family and support network to establish positive relationships with food.

Additional Interests

Outside of work Lena enjoys winding down outdoors, camping, hiking, bike riding, going to the beach and spending time with her dog Herbie. Food is her love language so majority of her time is dedicated to cooking or eating with her loved ones.
