Experience

Jodie is a dedicated and caring Accredited Practising Dietitian committed to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through evidence-based, personalised nutrition care.

Jodie has extensive clinical and community experience in weight management, nutrition support, paediatric nutrition (e.g. fussy eating), and chronic disease management, including diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular health, and gastrointestinal disorders. She has also completed training in the low FODMAP diet for managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Jodie is passionate about helping clients achieve practical and sustainable dietary changes. She provides holistic and client-centred approach, ensuring her recommendations are tailored to each individual’s needs and lifestyle.

She is available for NDIS appointments in the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs, and via Telehealth.

Jodie is experienced in working with individuals with physical, intellectual, and cognitive disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and psychosocial disabilities.

Outside of work, Jodie enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring diverse cuisines. She also loves hiking, Pilates, relaxing at the beach and reading.
