Emily is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping those most vulnerable in our widespread community. She is experienced in working with children and their families to help ease the difficulties of feeding.
It is Emily’s mission to support families in creating structured, peaceful and mindful meals and snacks for their children everyday. There are many challenges when teaching children how to eat, particularly those that are easily distracted or disinterested in food.
In order to establish positive relationships with food and adequate growth, Emily can help you to make gentle and significant nutrition changes to meet your child’s and families needs.
Emily is not taking new clients at the moment.
Emily works closely with many children and teenagers on the Autism Spectrum, with ADHD, developmental concerns and malnutrition. Not only has Emily worked with children and families in Australia, she has assisted in nutrition and health projects visiting Fijian and Cambodian primary and secondary schools.
Emily has experience with children and adult with a range of disabilities, including and not limited to:
