Jennifer Jurado is a kind and caring dietitian, and throughout her career has provided mentoring and education for dietetic interns, including university lectures to several dietetic courses. She has been a clinical paediatric dietitian for over 10 years. 

She has been invited as a local and international speaker in nutrition conferences. Jurado has experience in several paediatric clinical areas including paediatric and neonatal intensive care, oncology, palliative care, renal, gastrointestinal disorders, cystic fibrosis, ketogenic diet, general outpatients, and nutrition support. She believes in a patient-centred approach and has an interest in working with people of all ages and stages of life.
