Liz has had an interest in cooking ever since she was a young girl and as she has grown older, has wanted to explore the link between food and its impact on health. Keeping fit and healthy is one of Liz’s priorities. In her spare time, you will find her in the kitchen, keeping active with pilates & netball and going for scenic walks with friends and family.
