Liz prides herself in providing professional health advice that is realistic to an individual’s lifestyle and implementing changes that make a real difference. She has a passion for providing evidence-based advice to ensure that her clients receive the most up to date information.
Liz has a specific interest within Sports Nutrition, Gastrointestinal health and general nutrition.

Liz has had an interest in cooking ever since she was a young girl and as she has grown older, has wanted to explore the link between food and its impact on health. Keeping fit and healthy is one of Liz’s priorities. In her spare time, you will find her in the kitchen, keeping active with pilates & netball and going for scenic walks with friends and family. Here, Liz would like to make a positive impact on people’s lives now, and into the future.
