Failure to attend
If you are going to be late for an appointment, please let your dietitian know. Failure to arrive at the appointment within 10-15minutes of your appointment, will result in forfeit of session & incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling policy
Any appointment that is rescheduled two or more times consecutively will be treated as a cancellation and charged a 50% cancellation fee. A new appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur 50% cancellation fee of service cost Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of service cost (plus travel cost if dietitian has arrived at property)
