Frequency Asked Questions

Find quick answers to common questions about our dietitian services, NDIS support, Telehealth appointments, and booking process.

Are your dietitians accredited?

Yes — every member of our team is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) registered with Dietitians Australia. This ensures you receive safe, evidence-based and ethical nutrition care from qualified professionals.

Can I choose which dietitian I see?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to select a dietitian based on your needs, preferences, or location. Our friendly team can also help match you with the best practitioner for your goals and funding type.

Will I see the same dietitian each time?

Yes — we believe in building long-term, trusting relationships. You’ll usually see the same dietitian for ongoing care, ensuring consistency and personalised support.

Do you offer home visits and telehealth?

Yes. Our dietitians provide both home visits (across Melbourne, regional Victoria, Queensland, and NSW) and telehealth consultations Australia-wide, so you can access expert nutrition support wherever you live.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your dietitian will take time to understand your health history, goals, and food preferences. Together, you’ll develop a practical, achievable nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle — no fads, no judgment, just real-world guidance.

Which dieittian speciilises in disability and NDIS nutrition support?

Our entire team is trained and experienced in NDIS nutrition and disability support. We work with adults and children with physical, intellectual, and neurological disabilities — including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and muscular dystrophy. Each plan is tailored to support independence, participation, and quality of life.
