Do you see clients outside the NDIS?

Yes. While we are a registered NDIS provider, we also support private clients, families, older adults, workplaces, and organisations.
You don’t need to be on the NDIS to book with us — everyone is welcome.

Where do you offer home visits?

Our dietitians provide home visits in Melbourne, Shepparton, Bendigo, Albury, Wodonga, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast, plus nearby towns.
If you’re outside these areas, please contact us — we may already service your region.

Do you offer Telehealth appointments?

Yes. We provide online Telehealth consultations Australia-wide, making nutrition care accessible for people in rural or remote areas, or anyone who prefers virtual support.

How do I make a booking or referral?

You can book online, call our team, or ask your healthcare provider or NDIS coordinator to send a referral.
Our admin team will match you with the right dietitian for your needs and location.

What types of clients do you work with?

We support children, adults, and older adults across a range of needs — including feeding therapy, disability nutrition, chronic disease management, women’s health, and general wellbeing.

 

What funding options do you accept?

We accept NDIS (self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed) clients, as well as private, Medicare, and private health insurance appointments.

Do you provide reports and progress updates?

Yes. Our dietitians can prepare reports, progress notes, and summaries for NDIS reviews, care plans, or medical teams when required.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We do our best to offer appointments within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and service type.
Telehealth sessions are often available sooner.
