Megan Perry- APD

Megan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who is passionate about health, nutrition and helping people achieve the healthiest version of themselves. She believes in an individualised approach and works one-on-one with each client to help them achieve their health goals. Megan believes that “healthy eating does not need to be hard or complicated”, and works with her clients to help them find clarity through all of the misinformation out there.

Megan uses a non-judgmental approach and is skilled and experienced in working with adults with disabilities from a wide variety of backgrounds, including but not limited to:

  • Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Intellectual Disabilities
  • Metabolic Conditions
  • Mental illness including Depression,
  • Schizophrenia, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

In addition, Megan has a strong interest in working with:

  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Women’s Health (PCOS, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Pregnancy, Fertility, Menopause)

In her spare time, Megan loves to cook and create delicious new recipes for her family and friends.

Megan is available for NDIS appointments in the Western & Northern suburbs – home visits, video, and telephone consultations available.
