Azra is a compassionate and driven dietitian, passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health and make lasting, positive changes in their lives. She has experience across clinical, community, public health, NDIS and research, supporting individuals in a variety of settings. She also facilitates both group and one on one cooking and social participation sessions with the NDIS, to help clients build practical skills around food.
Azra has a particular interest in working with children, eating disorders (including ARFID), gut health and chronic disease management and prevention. Along with interest in supporting NDIS clients, with a particular interest in intellectual and learning disabilities, neurological and physical conditions. She aims to build positive relationships with food which looks different for everyone, by providing person centered-care, collaborating with clients to explore thoughts around food and creating sustainable, evidence-based, non-diet focused nutrition goals.

- Mental health and addictions
- Eating disorders
- Chronic disease, including Diabetes, Renal disease, supporting individuals through dialysis (both peritoneal and hemodialysis)
- Gastrointestinal conditions, including advanced liver disease
- Geriatric nutrition needs
Being bilingual in English and Turkish, she can support clients from diverse backgrounds. She values inclusivity, achieved through making information accessible and tailoring nutrition care to meet individual cultural and personal needs.
Outside of work, Azra enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, exercising, trying new foods and travelling.
