Brooke Norman

Brooke is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for helping people to achieve a positive and healthy relationship with food. She loves making a positive impact on people’s lives, working one-on-one with her clients to improve their nutrition knowledge and make long lasting behavioural changes.   

Brooke has experience in a range of areas, including chronic disease prevention and management, children’s nutrition, women’s health, oncology, sports nutrition, weight management, eating disordersgastrointestinal issues and working with people living with a range of disabilities, including and not limited to:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Acquired Brain Injuries
  • Down Syndrome
  • Intellectual Disabilities
  • Mental Illness incl. Depression and Schizophrenia

Brooke is passionate about making healthy eating accessible to all people, and that education enables change. She has spent a few months volunteering overseas in India and Thailand, teaching on the importance of nutrition throughout all life stages and working with groups and individuals to promote healthy eating. She currently volunteers remotely developing clinical nutrition guidelines to improve healthcare systems in Fiji.   

Brooke loves working with children, having previously worked as a swimming teacher and coach. In her spare time she loves to play sport and exercise, spend time in the kitchen cooking and going on adventures to enjoy the outdoors.   

Brooke is available for NDIS appointments in the North/South/Eastern suburbs – for home visits, video and telephone consultations.
