Fab is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) who specialises in paediatric nutrition and currently working at Monash Children’s Hospital. Fab completed the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra and completed further paediatric nutrition training at The Royal Children’s Hospital.
She has broad experience in infant and child nutrition (poor growth, fussy eating), with a special interest in gastroenterology conditions such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis), eating disorders (AN, AAN, ARFID), enteral feeding (tube weaning, blended tube feeds), and disabilities affecting nutrition and feeding, including but not limited to:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Down Syndrome
- Cerebral Palsy
- DiGeorge Syndrome
- Williams-Beuren Syndrome
- Turner Syndrome
- Achondroplasia
- Intellectual Disabilities
