Lisa is an empathetic and down-to-earth dietitian, certified health coach, and passionate advocate for working in partnership with her clients to develop practical food and lifestyle habits that suit the individual. She understands the importance of setting achievable goals that embrace personal preferences, cultural requirements, and the various commitments in life, including work, family, and social responsibilities. Her end goal is to improve quality of life by maintaining long-term habits without feeling restricted or pressured by social trends or fad diets. She is determined to find solutions for those struggling to find balance in their lives and feel they have no time to focus on healthy eating.
Through her health coach certification, Lisa brings an additional layer of expertise to her practice, empowering clients to make sustainable changes through motivation, guidance, and emotional support. Her holistic approach helps individuals build confidence and self-efficacy in managing their health.
Through the NDIS, Lisa has worked with a range of clients from early childhood to post-retirement age however is not accepting any paediatric referrals at the moment. She has experience with Physical, Intellectual, and Cognitive disabilities, including:

Lisa offers a variety of services tailored to the needs of her NDIS clients. These include guidance on healthy eating, help with meal planning, support in building confidence and skills for preparing and enjoying food, and education for participants, families, and care facility staff.
Through her private practice work, Lisa also specializes in bariatric surgery and weight management. She is involved in the assessment, education, support, and management of bariatric patients before and after surgery. Lisa is passionate about helping patients maintain their nutritional health and weight goals in the long term.
In her spare time, Lisa loves to travel and has lived and worked in three countries. She also enjoys being active and spending quality time with her friends and family, particularly in the outdoors with activities such as hiking, swimming, and camping.
Lisa provides NDIS home, video, and telephone consultations within the Bendigo region.
