Megan is an experienced senior dietitian with close to 10 years of expertise in helping individuals achieve their nutrition and health goals.
Megan is an empathetic practitioner who is known for her compassionate and non-judgemental approach, taking the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and motivations. Megan tailors her recommendations to the individual, focusing on achievable, sustainable changes.
Her areas of expertise include:
• Women’s health; with a strong interest in PCOS, fertility, endometriosis, menopause and pregnancy nutrition
• Non-judgemental approach to weight management
• Chronic disease management (Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol)
• Digestive and gastrointestinal conditions (including IBS, IBD, diverticulitis and Coeliac disease)
• Autoimmune conditions (including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and rheumatoid arthritis)
Since 2019, Megan has also worked extensively with adults living with a disability, providing individualised nutrition care to clients with:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Cerebral Palsy
• Down Syndrome
• Intellectual disability
• Metabolic conditions
• Mental health conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD
• Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Megan provides consultations under NDIS funding, as well as for Medicare-referred and private clients. She offers home visits throughout Melbourne’s western and northern suburbs, and is also available for video and telephone appointments Australia-wide.
